The characters are fictional, and they are silent — by design.
No dialogue · no voice · no claim of real-world use or experience
A face that never says it used the product can never mislead about it. The silence isn't a style tic — it's what keeps every film clean under advertising and endorsement rules, in every market.

ezloxk is a registered legal entity operating from Indonesia.

04 — The terms
Clear terms, stated before any money moves.

- Payment
- Upfront, by invoice. Work starts when payment settles — not before.
- Delivery & revision
- Finished films, delivered digitally. A Drop includes one minor revision; nothing ships that hasn't cleared the internal gate.
- Usage rights
- Delivered films are yours to run for your brand. ezloxk retains portfolio and channel rights unless Exclusivity is added.
- Refunds
- Full refund before production starts. Once the brief locks, the slot is committed — no refund.

05 — Data & privacy
When you send a brief through this site, here is exactly what happens to it.
- What we collect
- What you type into the contact form (your name, brand, email, budget band, message) and, when you buy, the name and email you enter at checkout — used to deliver the order and send the receipt.
- Why
- One reason: to reply to your enquiry. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a list you didn't ask for.
- Where it lives
- Stored in our database (Supabase); we reply to you by email (Google Workspace). Both act only as our processors.
- How long
- While we're in contact and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
- Your rights
- Ask what we hold, correct it, or have it erased — and, for EU/UK visitors, object or withdraw consent. One email does it.
- Tracking
- None. This site runs no visitor analytics and sets no marketing or tracking cookies.
